Dental Health: Benefits of using amulets between teeth (Dental Floss)
Amulets between teeth to help prevent gum disease (gum disease) have cut off a piece of food and saamek from between your teeth. Saamek (plaque) is a sticky substance caused by bacteria. If saamek bacteria also occur that cause gum inflammation and cause inflammation.
How to use amulets between teeth
Amulets between teeth is a thin fiber made from soft nylon or plastic that can remove food debris and saamek out from between your teeth.

What to do if you think the use of amulets between teeth not easy to use?
A good choice when you are not comfortable with using cable between teeth is tested using a scrub brush between teeth (interdental) because there are times that we can keep good scrub. You can find these products on pharmacists and supermarkets. (See figure below) :
